How to use
Use the Real Techniques Duo-Fiber Collection not only to apply but also to blend your foundation and contour. The bigger brush is ideal to apply your foundation or setting powder. Use circular motions to blend the foundation or face powder from the center of the face outwards. The medium-sized brush has the perfect shape to apply and blend your contouring. Use back and forth motions to seamlessly blend the contouring. The smaller brush has the ideal size to blend your eye makeup to perfection. Use it to blend the edges of your eyeshadow.

Order before 3pm for same day dispatch Monday - Friday (Unfortunately cannot be guaranteed). Our warehouse is closed on weekends so all orders after 3pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Our warehouse is also closed on Bank Holidays.
If a delivery attempt is made by Royal Mail and nobody is home to sign for the item, the driver will leave a card for you to arrange another delivery or collection from your local Royal Mail office.

WEEKEND ORDERS
If you place an order after 3pm on Friday afternoon, this will be processed and shipped on the following Monday morning. The warehouse will also be closed on Bank Holidays unless otherwise stated, so orders will be shipped out the next working day.
HIGH VOLUME ORDERS
Due to Royal Mail shipping restrictions we can only ship 600ml of perfume/aftershave in one package, therefore orders that contain more than 600ml will be shipped via Parcel Force.

MISSING PARCEL CLAIMS
If your parcel goes missing with one of our logistics partners, please get in touch with our customer service team. You will be asked to complete a short form about your order and we will submit this to our logistics partners claims team. Unfortunately, claims can take up to 15 days to get a resolution. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused on behalf of our logistics partners.
